Which sales channels do you sync with today?

Shopify (Admin API), eBay (Sell Inventory + Fulfillment + Finances), Tradera (SOAP API), plus a custom Hallmark storefront. Each direction syncs bi-directionally — a sale on one channel auto-decrements the others within seconds.

Do I need to be a developer to use this?

No. The CLI we ship is for chip programming only (so you can do a batch of 100 chips in a few minutes from your laptop). Everything else — inventory, accounting, listings — is GUI-driven.

What NFC chips do you support?

DESFire EV3 and NTAG 424 DNA. Both support tamper-evident CMAC with a monotonic tap counter. We can ship chips programmed from Stockholm or you can program your own.

Is the on-chain certificate mandatory?

No — the NFC CMAC alone is enough for verification. On-chain certs (ERC-721 on Base or Optimism) are optional for buyers who want transferrable digital provenance.

How do you handle VAT for collectibles?

Full Swedish bokföring: VMB margin scheme, 25% MOMS, 12% import + VMB, EU reverse charge, non-EU export. Each coin's regime is picked at intake; the journal emits the correct Verifikat automatically. SIE4 export for Fortnox / Bokio / Visma.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Full data export (CSV + JSON) any time you want. Keep your data in a sealed read-only state for 90 days after cancel, then we delete it. GDPR-compliant.

Where is the data hosted?

EU-only. Vercel + Supabase, eu-west-1 (Dublin). No data crosses the Atlantic. SOC 2 in progress.

Can I use my own custom domain?

Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans include a custom verification domain (verify.yourbrand.com). Enterprise also gets a white-labeled tenant admin domain.
